Abstract
Gentrification and Heritage is central to discussions on how generations of immigrations have impacted the social and cultural capital in urban areas around London. Gentrification of Peckham and Black Urban removal worldwide through oral histories and documentation of the participating Windrush Generation residents. The Heritage and rich legacies left from the Caribbean presence (1960s-1990s) will be examined and the influence of Caribbean culture and customs applied in context.
