Abstract

An introduction to a multi-layered approach to research: the project runs over one year and has an overarching ‘exploratory’ question which focusses on ‘best practice’ when School Subject Leaders are designing and completing their own inquiry-based action research, leading to individual ‘testing’ research questions, focussing on the specific needs in each participants setting. This is an innovative approach, where Subject Leaders develop the skills to analyse the impact of their own bespoke interventions.
