Abstract
Recommendations presented to a Directors’ Dialogue on ESG Strategy for the Board on the theme of turning rhetoric into reality in a VUCA world with international participation and organized by India’s Institute of Directors. ESG strategies are about opportunity and responsible innovation, enterprise and capitalism. Boards should encourage the offering of new options and choices for stakeholders and wider communities to live and operate more sustainably and in harmony with the natural world.
