Abstract

This book analyses senior and middle management in further education, outlining a range of educational leadership theories and practical strategies to encourage successful, good quality leadership and management in further education institutions. It describes strategic and operational leadership and management theories underlying effective strategies, their practical implementation in institutions, and place within further education in the UK.
