Abstract
Documentary about Calais Refugee Charity Lab Ky Mo was embedded with Calais Refugee Charity "HUMAN RIGHTS OBSERVERS" in March 2024. He documented their work observing the French Gendarme Police as they evicted refugees, holding them accountable for any infractions against the law. Lab created a body of work that included a portfolio of photographs and a filmed documentary. The photographs were used by HRO directly in their social media feed, whilst the documentary was a valuable publicity tool to explain the charity's work.
