Abstract

NRI's Dr Marcelo Precoppe, a Crop Postharvest Technologist with expertise in the engineering design process, describes work on a project focussed on upgrading flatbed dryers for cassava processing, with a solar power system. This project was funded by GCRF - Africa Food Innovation Award.
