Abstract

This report details the thinking and approach behind three month residency project at the Serlachius Museums, Finland. The project itself proposed a "parallel collection" of artefacts, reflecting experiences of engagement with the collection of the Serlachius Foundation through its two museums, taken from across the range of the museums' partner communities. Participants included those who visit, exhibit and work at the museums as well service providers and other civic partners. The report is housed in the museum collection alongside the final output from the project.
