Abstract

A presentation delivered at the University of Greenwich explaining experiences and evidence from industry with regards to legislation regarding ageing at work.

The presentation explained historical experiences from public and private sectors, the differences in approaches to physical and mental health and the interrelationships between H&S, Equalities and HR (employment) law.
