Abstract

This article provides a detailed guide to presenting a moot in a court setting. It explains how to research the moot problem, prepare arguments and draft skeleton arguemnts and write legal submissiomns, as well providing tips on conduct during the moot. The article provides a working example of a typical moot problem drawn from the law of contract.
