Abstract
An outline is presented of the design and preliminary tests of a method for tracking blood glucose levels using dielectric spectroscopy. The system designed uses a microwave cavity to measure the concentration of aqueous solutions of glucose, as a change in complex permittivity. The results of this research are very promising, finding frequency regions where only a single frequency needs to be applied to measure a change, allowing easy implementation of a practical system.
