Hyde Housing 2004 tenant satisfaction survey.
The aims of the Hyde 2004 Survey are to assess current levels of satisfaction with the services provided by the Group and to ascertain how future services can be provided in line with customers’ needs and aspirations. The research also collects additional socio-economic information about residents.
The survey findings will be used to feed into the Best Value planning process and to develop the existing framework of customer involvement, in particular the Customer Information Database (CID). The information will provide managers within the organisation with the information required to drive services forward in the future.
