Abstract

The Mindfulness All-Party Parliamentary Group (2015) defined mindfulness as: ‘paying attention to what’s happening in the present moment in the mind, body and external environment, with an attitude of curiosity and kindness’. In Reflections we see drawings from the group as we hear Clare Barton-Harvey leading a meditation, interwoven with reflections on mindful drawing.
The Mindful Drawing Group consists of: Annalisa Simonella, Carry Gorney, Clare Barton-Harvey, Helen Van Kruyssen, Jackie Lou, Jasmine Caminada, Julie Watkins, Liz Innes, Martha Doniach, Michelle Cole, Sarah Edwards, Sraddhadipa, Sylvia Berney, Valerie Harvey, Wendy Briner and Yvonne Blackmore.
