Abstract

The article advises practitioners on the duties and liabilities of a head-tenant with reasonable grounds for suspecting that the premises are being used for immoral or illegal purposes by the sub-tenant, highlighting the remedies for such a breach of covenant, and whether relief against forfeiture is likely.
