Abstract
This research project involved a collaborative effort with law students to explore and address the complexities within the Family Justice System. The students were instrumental in analyzing significant legislation, reviewing landmark cases with a focus on gender biases, and developing recommendations to improve child welfare and parental rights. Their active participation brought fresh insights and a practical approach to the research, bridging theoretical legal knowledge with real-world application. This partnership not only enhanced the depth of the research but also offered the students meaningful experience in applying legal principles to pressing issues in family law. The study ultimately aims to contribute to the ongoing discourse on family justice reform and the betterment of legal practices concerning children and families.
