Abstract

The study investigates how behavioural biases particularly anchoring bias and overconfidence bias affect investors in Edo state, Nigeria while making investment decisions. Regression analysis was employed in the study to examine the relationship between these biases and investment decision-making using data from 308 fully completed questionnaires. The results demonstrate that both overconfidence bias and anchoring bias have significant impact on investment decision-making.
