Abstract
This research aims to investigate the impacts of digital and learning orientations on supply chain resilience and firm performance. The study demonstrated that internal digital orientation significantly enhances supply chain resilience, whereas external digital orientation does not exert the same influence. In terms of learning orientation, dimensions such as open-mindedness, shared vision, and intraorganizational knowledge sharing were found to significantly impact supply chain resilience, while commitment to learning did not show a significant effect. This study uniquely elucidates the differential impacts of internal and external digital orientations and multiple dimensions of learning orientation on supply chain resilience.
