Abstract
Drawing on previously published research, reflective experience at the University of Greenwich and his own models of the scholarship of learning and teaching, strategic planning and organisation culture, Professor McNay runs the rule over e-learning, just when development of Web 2.0 has reached a stage where critical reflection is not only possible, but essential.
