Abstract

The original stage production of 'Peace at Last', adapted and directed by Natasha Oxley, was funded by Arts Council England and first performed at Leytonstone Library Hall in 2012 and 2015 for community audiences and schools. This was developed into a double bill with the book's sequel, 'Whatever Next!'. This was performed by Greenwich students (directed by N. Oxley) in 2017 at all ten libraries in Newham. The Chiffchaff professional company performed the double bill in 2019 and 2020, at the Greenwich Book Fest (King William Building); Bathway Theatre; and Greenwich Theatre Studio.
