Abstract

The article comments on Minister v Hathaway [2021] EWCA Civ 936 clarifying why a landlord's notice seeking possession under s.21 of the Housing Act 1988 was not invalidated by a failure to serve the tenant with an energy performance certificate prior to the notice.
