Abstract

Research led teaching resource on the application of Screencast Videography (Kawaf 2019) in assessing the digital customer experience as integrated in student assessment in the evaluation of a brand's digital communication strategy. This document detail how to record screencast videos including the most up to date options many of which are free and easily available on student's own devices. The document also include key analytical questions and directions of research frameworks that can be used for student to analyse their own recorded experiences.
