Abstract

The article discusses Walton Family Estates Ltd v GJD Services Ltd [2021] EWHC 88 (Comm) clarifying the circumstances in which a freehold owner of an aerodrome holding only a reversionary interest could sue in trespass to obtain an order to remove aircraft, where the tenant had exclusive possession of the site.
