Abstract

There is a serious information gap on the role of parliamentarians in natural resource management and development. This report looks at the potential of specialist groupings of Members of Parliament for promoting pastoral development and overcoming pastoral poverty and vulnerability in Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda.
