Abstract

M&A transaction are a critical aspects in the activity of every business. The accompanying processes are extremely complex and trigger changes in all areas of merging entities. These actions include owneship, legal, market, production, commercial, financial and many other areas. They have long-term effects, and their implementation requires significant financial investment and a comprehensive approach. These are not typical or routine activities and require specific knowledge and qualifications. This paper explores some positve and negative aspects of M&A
