Our central proposition to this micro-study is that the impact of the university's interactions with other organisations can be identified, and possible metrics established, by studying the point at which a change in behaviour and decision making took place within that organisation, after which the impact of the university’s work could be said to be ‘felt’. Using Social Network Analysis, the micro-study seeks to identify and measure the benefits and impact of the relationships that arise as result of interacting and overlapping areas of engagement.
