Abstract

Talk by: Dr Jonathan A.J. Wilson, looking at the challenges of marketing and advertising on social media - in the face of shorter attention spans and greater clutter.

Having already delivered his conference sessions on 'Style and Substance for Growth', and 'Innovation, Emotion and Spirituality': Dr Wilson took up the challenge to prepare an additional talk, with 24hrs notice, to cover Klaus Salminen's topic and absence due to an emergency.
