Abstract

The following report summarizes the results of a study carried out in February and March 1993 in Nigeria on socio-economic aspects of dried meat production and marketing. The objectives of the study were to analyse existing marketing structures and potential demand for dried meat products with special emphasis put on humid/sub-humid parts of the country.
