Abstract

The purpose of this bibliography is to bring together, under one reference document, information from very many different sources covering recent research (from 1990 onwards) on post-harvest processing and utilization of sorghum. Key books are also noted. It contains more than 390 references. To simplify classification, references have been grouped under seven headings according to the main focus of the reference. This publication will be of considerable benefit to researchers, students, NGOs and aid agencies requiring up to date information on the post-harvest aspects of sorghum processing and utilization. It will be of particular help to researchers who do not have access to electronic data bases for literature search.
