Abstract

This talk will cover the following areas:
1. the advent of plate-based diversity subset screening as a new paradigm to significantly increase the efficiency of lead discovery.
2. the importance of molecular redundancy, in addition to molecular properties and diversity as a key driver of screening file design.
3. examples of the implementation of these concepts in a large pharmaceutical R&D organisation.
