Abstract

This article examines the High Court decision in Peel Land and Property (Ports No. 3) Ltd v TS Sheerness Steel Ltd [2013] EWHC 1658(Ch)on whether large items of plant and machinery installed by the tenant in a steel mill amounted to fixtures belonging to the landlord or chattels belonging to the tenant.
