Abstract

This research is in response to the changing nature of teaching and learning within our society and an educational system which calls for a more flexible, creative curriculum. It aims to meet the needs of a society living in times of unprecedented and accelerated change. It calls for Initial Teacher Educators (ITE) providers to also review their training and experiences for trainees, if the teachers of tomorrow are to become the educators of today.
