Abstract
According to recent analysis, in Vietnam, more than 220 thousand students could not find a decent work after their graduation in 2016. One of the reasons for the above-mentioned fact is that the essential skills that a student holds do not meet the requirements of the company in terms of research, development as well as business activities. In higher education, the employability is a sustainable and meaningful topic that attracts attention of many research centres and universities. Enhancement of the student’s employability has become a key and important factor in the development of a university because it is one of a must-have evaluation category of the society about ranking a university. Collaboration between enterprises and research groups in universities will contribute to improve the skills of the students in research, manufacturing and, in turn, enhance their employability after the graduation.
