Abstract

The article discusses, with reference to cases including Graysim Holdings Ltd v P&O Property Holdings Ltd [1996] AC 329, the factors determining whether tenants providing residential accommodation services are able to remain "in occupation" of the property for the purposes of Part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
