Abstract

The article advises practitioners on the legal issues associated with part-assigned (split) reversions or leases for commercial and residential tenants, highlighting tenants' statutory protections under Part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, and the relevant legislative provisions on apportionment of liability.
