Abstract

This talk will highlight new metabonomics findings from a knockout (KO) mouse model of potential importance to the understanding and treatment of obesity, together with new methods of assessing confidence in metabolite structure elucidation. The development of metabonomics to pharmacometabonomics will also be discussed and the potential for its use in personalised medicine.
