Abstract

Girls continue to underachieve in ICT compared to boys - could this be down to the learning styles used in ICT teaching? To answer this question, Maurice Nyangon, Deputy ICT Coordinator, Leigh City Technology College, Dartford, Kent, carried out research among Year 10 students in his school to see if a collaborative learning culture would help to reduce the gender gap in achievement.
