Supplementary data for the paper:
Data-driven image mechanics (D2IM): a deep learning approach to predict displacement and strain fields from undeformed X-ray tomography images - Evaluation of bone mechanics.

This contains three zip files corresponding to one of the displacement fields being predicted by D2IM, each of which contains 26 .jpg images.
These images each contain the input image, the ground truth displacement field, the predicted displacement field and the error between these fields.
