[2] Published in BSHM Newsletter 48, Spring 2003, p. 36. [3] The BSHM Newsletter was the journal of the British Society for the History of Mathematics from 1971-2004. [4] From Summer 2004 to Autumn 2005 the BSHM Newsletter was titled the BSHM Bulletin and published by the British Society for the History of Mathematics. [5] Since 2006 the BSHM Bulletin: Journal of the British Society for the History of Mathematics has been published on behalf of the British Society for the History of Mathematics by Taylor and Francis.
