Abstract

Questions have been raised about the unequal distribution of the value created by the activities of many boards and companies and concerns have been expressed about the reduced trust and confidence in business this has created. Explores various ways in which a wider range of stakeholders might be engaged, more inclusive, responsible and sustainable companies built and a more collaborative and responsible form of capitalism created.
