Abstract

Considers the origins, limits and limitations of traditional approaches to corporate governance in an international context and suggests new and more varied approaches are required in relation to a diversity of requirements and need for sustainability, innovation and entrepreneurship. Questions whether we need evolution or revolution in corporate governance.
